The Double or Twin Room I had was cozy, with a comfortable bed that made my three-night stay truly restful. Breakfast choices included cereal and a substantial full English, all freshly prepared and quite generous. The welcoming atmosphere created by Dicky and the staff added a personal touch that felt special. the room was right above the kitchen, and the cooking smells occasionally lingered, especially in the evenings, which could be distracting. the noise from the extractor fan during meal times was quite noticeable. I would have appreciated a couple of quieter hours early in the morning.
